As a subcontractor supporting the City of New Orleans Justice Technology Modernization Program (JTMP), MSI designed, developed, integrated, and managed a secure, enterprise-scale Justice Information Exchange connecting independent agencies across the criminal justice ecosystem.
The exchange replaced manual, paper-based delivery of justice information with automated electronic exchange. A centrally monitored Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) securely routes, transforms, and delivers information among courts, law enforcement, corrections, prosecutors, and other agencies, without the cost and complexity of maintaining dozens of point-to-point integrations.
The result is a standardized, secure, and scalable platform for exchanging mission-critical information in real time, with faster and more reliable delivery, fewer delays and errors, and centralized visibility into every transaction.
